FSA-RMR Office Information Session to be held Oct. 16

Did you know that state approval is required to destroy records? In addition, did you know that we are all responsible for maintaining university records? Come to the FSA Records Management and Retention information session from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the Senate Gallery Room 304, at the Corbett Center to learn about NMSU records, their retention requirements and the FSA-RMR Disposition Process. A Go-To Meeting for our out-of-town users, who are unable to attend our session at the Las Cruces campus, will be offered at the same time as our live session.


Because the retention requirements on records change, we recommend attending once a year.
